Payment Plan Options

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS FOR COURSE TUITION & FEES 

Due at Registration:  $40 Family Registration Fee (less $30 early registration discount if applies) and $50 per student

PLAN #1:  Tuition and Course fees are paid in full by the last class date of September.

PLAN #2:  Tuition and Course fees are paid in two equal payments:

Payment 1:  Last class date of September

Payment 2:  Last class date of January

Late Fee of 2% of outstanding balance or $10 (whichever is greater) will be applied monthly to payments not received by scheduled date.

PLAN #3:  Tuition and Course fees are paid in six equal payments:

Payment 1: Last class date of September

Payment 2: Last class date of October

Payment 3: Last class date of November

Payment 4: Last class date of January

Payment 5: Last class date of February

Payment 6: Last class date of March

Late Fee of 2% of outstanding balance or $10 (whichever is greater) will be applied monthly to payments not received by scheduled date.

Failure to fulfill payment plan commitments may jeopardize the student’s ability to participate in OHMI events, including classes, concerts, solo & ensemble, etc.

Families with a poor payment history will be required to follow Plan #1 in the future.

Families utilizing government subsidy programs must use alternate payment plan schedule.

COURSE TUITION & FEE ADJUSTMENTS FOR DROP / ADDS

Family Registration Fee is not refundable or pro-ratable after 2 weeks.

Concert Attire rental fee is not refundable once attire has been assigned.

Course tuition will pro-rated according to the Drop/Add Tuition Schedule.
